Golden Hour Events is a wedding coordination company that provides all-inclusive services to help couples during the wedding planning process. Our services include advice, organization, and coordination to ensure that your wedding day reflects your vision. We offer flat-rate pricing to simplify the process and reduce stress for our clients.
Payment Terms
Golden Hour Events charges a flat-rate fee for our services. Payment is required as follows:
A 50% non-refundable deposit is due upon booking to secure your date.
The remaining 50% is due no later than two weeks before the wedding day.
We accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods agreed upon at the time of booking.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel our services, please notify us in writing as soon as possible.
Cancellations made 60 days or more before the wedding date will result in a 50% refund of the final payment, excluding the non-refundable deposit.
Cancellations made less than 60 days before the wedding date will result in no refund.
Please note that the initial deposit is non-refundable due to the reservation of our time and resources.
Delivery of Services
Golden Hour Events will provide services in accordance with your wedding planning needs. We will work closely with you to ensure that your wedding day runs smoothly and according to your vision.
Clients are responsible for providing any necessary information, documents, and access required to perform our duties efficiently. Failure to do so may impact the quality and timeliness of services.
Client Responsibilities
To ensure successful coordination, clients must:
Provide accurate and timely information.
Cooperate with the wedding coordinator by responding promptly to requests for decisions, information, and documentation.
Ensure that all vendors and service providers are aware of Golden Hour Events’ role as coordinators.
Intellectual Property
Golden Hour Events retains the right to use any images, designs, or work produced in the process of the wedding coordination (such as timelines, schedules, or layouts) for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by both parties.
Limitation of Liability
Golden Hour Events is not responsible for any issues or damages arising from the actions of third-party vendors or service providers. We will, however, advocate for you in resolving any problems that may arise during the wedding process.
Golden Hour Events is also not responsible for weather-related disruptions, unforeseen events, or acts of nature that may affect the wedding day. While we will do everything in our power to manage any unexpected circumstances, liability for such events lies outside our control.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any personal information you provide to us (such as contact details, wedding plans, or vendor information) will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing any legal action. The laws of the state of Colorado will govern any agreements made between Golden Hour Events and the client. All disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Colorado.
Modifications to Terms
Golden Hour Events reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of our services will indicate acceptance of the modified terms.
